Probably. If your return goes through without a problem. You are not supposed to file an amended return until the original has finished processing. What if you are pulled for an audit? On the amended return, you have to mark how much of your original refund you received. You haven't gotten anything yet. Don't file another amended return until all of this is settled with financials finished.
If you had to amend federal, you may need to amend state. You can after the original is settled financially.
