I submitted a revised W2 with my taxes (3 days ago), but failed to submit the original version. Is there a way to add the original W2 to my submission?

If the revised W-2 is a correction of the original W-2, you do not need to file the original W-2.  IRS should receive a copy of the revised or corrected W-2 from your employer and recognize you report the corrected information on your taxes.
