I still haven't received my federal taxes I need to know what is going on?

There could be numerous things going on for instance if you claimed Earned Income credit or child credit then the IRS did not even start processing those returns until 02/15/2017 and were not issuing refunds until the week of 02/27/2017. However if you did not claim those credits and it has been over 21 days you need to contact the IRS at 800-829-1040.
