I send by mail my tax files form, but I haven’t received any answer by the IRS, and I’m not sure if there received it, what that I should do?

you will get nothing unless it was sent with a return receipt. the IRS may not even know it has it because it's in a mailbag awaiting processing. You can call or or use the iRS refund status page but they will tell you they have no info if it hasn't been entered into their system. In the future, if you file by mail use a tracking method or request proof of delivery.
