I received notice CP09 to fill form 15111 for EITC. Should I fill and send it or TURBOTAX will do it for me automatically somehow when i file my tax returns???

The CP09 says you may be eligible for the Earned Income Credit but didn't claim it on your tax return. You will have to send the Form 15111 directly to the IRS - the correct address will be on the notice.
