I received a notification from my state that there was a mistake in the amount of credit I received for payments to other states. How can I have TurboTax refute this?

NJ sent a bill for my 2021 return that claims that the amount of credit I received for tax payments to NY was incorrect. I think this would be covered by TurboTax's guarantees, so how would I go about refuting NJ's request?

It's up to you to show that TurboTax  return contained errors cause by TurboTax, not user error.
