I received a form 8009A saying i need to correct item #7 on my amended 1040x. Do i need to resubmit the form?

since it's telling you to correct an item, you'll have to resubmit with correction. mail to address in notice and use method so you get proof of delivery.

I amend my return and haven't gotten anything or received anything from irs. What do I do?
