I submitted my retirement & Social Security income along with my wife.I have printed out the complete ed copies of my account and I see that question 1 on the 1040 form is blank. My Retirement income is not displayed.

Line 1 is wages and should be blank of you have none.

Line 4b is taxable pension/IRA's

Line 5b is taxable social security.

Did you have Federal income tax withheld in box 4 of a 1099R?

You need to go back and edit the 1099R and enter Box 4 correctly.

To EDIT pension and annuity Payments (1099-R)
• Click on Federal Taxes
• Click on Wages and Income
• Click on I'll choose what I work on (if shown)
• Scroll down to Retirement Plans and Social Security
• On IRA, 401(k), Pension Plan Withdrawals (1099-R), click the start or update button
