I purchased a 2nd state so i could do my daughters return. After purchasing, turbo Tax applied the 2nd state to my return as if I was a "non-resident". How do I remove the 2nd state from my personal return?

In the CD/Download versions of TurboTax, you can remove that state return. In the upper left hand corner of your screen, choose File. Then choose Remove State Return, and select the state you wish to remove. See the screenshot below.
