I paid TurboTax for 2015 taxes, but they never filed them.

I paid TurboTax $37.88 on Feb. 23, 2016 to file my 2015 taxes.  I found out through IRS, that they were never filed.  I need this problem fixed.

Just paying the TT fees does not file the taxes.  You must go through the File tab, and hit the Transmit button.

You cannot efile 2015 now, so must print, sign and mail them.
