I need to track my card. It has been more than 10 days. Everything is confirmed. This customer support is ridiculous. Please help.

Unfortunately, you cannot track your prepaid card, but you can have them reissue you another one by reporting it lost or stolen. This is the link to the website to report it. https://www.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com/contact-us

If you need a to find your card account number, look at the bottom of your 1040 tax return in the Refund section.
