I need to download mac amendment software please

If you were a paid user last year, you would be able to get the software to amend for free.  However, you will need to contact our customer support team to have them send you a download.  Please refer to the instructions below to contact us.

Use the following TurboTax website to contact TurboTax customer service/support.  Support is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific time (8am to 12am Eastern time) Monday to Sunday, during tax season. 

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call.  You can simply enter "mac amend" as your question.

There will be some personal information gathered so we can create a case for you.  A phone number will be provided, specific to your case, to speak directly with a TurboTax agent.
