I need to amend 22 tax return as got new W2 from my employer.But had underpayment on initial tax return that is paid. How can I include this payment in amended return?

include that amount on 1040-X Line 16, along with any other amounts that belong there.

If you are amending with TurboTax, the amount should already be there.
