I made a mistake on my amended pa return from 2021 , amended it but it still has issue with income . how can i amend that again

If you submitted your 2021 amended PA return already and sent it to the state, you can simply prepare another amended return. 

Your starting point on the 2nd amended return would be from your last amended return.  You would not start with the return as originally filed as that was replaced by the last amended state return.
