I haven't received my turbo tax card an I have the money already sent to turbo tax in February so where is my card or money?

If you haven't received your personalized card yet, please report it on the Card Not Received page. You can also contact customer care at (888) 285-4169.
You can find your card account number located at the bottom of your 1040 under the Refund section. Please refer to the following FAQ for more information about your prepaid card. https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/6419971
