I have read that the IRS is holding some refunds until after Feb 15th. Will this apply to me or should i get my refund by the 13th as my app says?

The IRS is holding refunds until February 15, 2017 for everyone who claimed either the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) or the Child Tax Credit CTC. All other refunds will be processed the same way they were last year.
