I have not received my refund yet, submitted on 2/21/2024. Do I have to mail anything in to receive it?

No, you don't need to mail in anything unless TurboTax you were very clearly told you had to mail in something as you completed your return.

You can track your refund using the Where's my refund? tool.

If that doesn't show any information yet, sign in to your TurboTax account and make sure your return status shows as Accepted.
