I have no tax liability or refund coming. How do I start over using the free edition of Turbo Tax. (I am using the app on my phone)

I can’t find my account information on the app to cancel the Deluxe edition and start over.

You will have to clear and start over using a web browser (not mobile app) but please review the following TurboTax FAQ for more information:
