I have been waiting since Jan 26 when I mailed it in, why haven't I received my return

have you checked the IRS refund site and it shows nothing? It's possible the return got lost in the mail. If the IRS got it the mailbag it was in should have been processed by now. Calling will do no good if the IRS computers don't show it. I would resubmit. Make sure to use a tracking service or get proof of delivery.   your other option is to try to e-file. You didn't say why you mailed it.
