Yes. If you selected the option that you are mailing in your return, you can enter into your account and make the correction and reprint your return to mail it in.
Before you do that, however, see what changed on the W2. If it is not something that is either income reported or taxes withheld, you only need to replace the first copy of the W2 with the new copy before mailing it in (the information you input onto the W2 screen in TurboTax will not matter for a mailed in return, unless the income or the tax withheld numbers were changed).
