I had to file an amended return due to the unemployment tax waver. Any idea when those refunds will be issued?

the IRS did not want amended returns in most cases, if you have a state income tax that could be different.

the IRS started issuing refunds in Mid-May but also said refunds could take all summer. you'll have to be patient.
