I got my federal taxes back. But I have not got my state taxes back yet. I looked it up online it state that some changes where made. I understand the changes butneedhelp

The state for pa website stated some changes where made is that going to delay me getting my money back? Or is it just stating that I won’t get as much or less. Or does that mean I got to do them all over again. So confusing lol. Thanks
