You don't owe TurboTax, so this is not a valid question that TurboTax can answer.  You need to contact IRS (for federal) or your local state tax person

I think OP means he owes TT fees "for my taxes"

TT sends you a notification to pay your fees if you asked to have them deducted, and more than 45 days has passed. You agreed to this when you chose the Pay with Refund option.
