I filed my taxes on Jan 28th. An still haven't received my refund. Is there any chance I filled it out wrong?

Not necessarily; due to the PATH Act, some Federal refunds will be delayed. If you claimed the Earned Income Credit (EIC) or Additional Child Tax Credit, then you can expect to hear something toward the end of February. The FAQ below provides further details.
