I filed my federal taxes and sent 1040-V, $170. Now I have to amend my return.. Where do I show the sent $170 payment so it is subtracted from the new amount I owe?

TurboTax should show the amount you sent on the amended return form 1040X on line 16. Is it there? If not, were you asked if you paid it as you completed the amended return?

I got a notice from the dept of rev. It’s claiming I didn’t file state tax rtrn. My order history from TurboTax for 2023, shows that I paid for TurboTax to file. HELP!
