I entered 8938 information over 50 accounts/pages. Once I pressed done, later try access using jump to 8938, it’s all gone, have to start all over! It’s severe bug!

I  am US citizen abroad so filing after extension. While entering 8938, after filling 50 plus pages and saved, they r gone completely. I tried many times but the software loses it every time I save! Please fix the bug. I can’t proceed!! Last year it worked.
