I Efiled my taxes and I owe,Do I print out my tax forms and mail the federal tax form with my payment with a check and the same thing with my state I owe both?

If you e-filed the tax returns, then you would only print the payment vouchers and mail with check to the Federal and the State by the due date of the returns April 17th for the Federal and the State is probably is the same due date (some states are due the end of April).
