I efiled my EIC and CTC on January 31 2020! And both have been accepted by the irs as shown on my turbo tax app! The status bar is also full but I have yet to receive a refund date or anything and bot

Since your tax refund is taking longer than the typical 21 days to receive, see this FAQ regarding  What to do if it's been over 21 days.

Keep in mind, In an attempt to protect individual tax filers, PATH act was put in place. This may be causing a slight delay for many tax filers.  See this Turbo Tax FAQ for more information regarding  Where's my Refund.
