I E-Filed with Turbo Tax, but how do I get the state app to work (blank screen with "See Amount" showing in the State?

Couple things you can try.  Close TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and return to where you were.

You could delete your state return, and let it re-create. Use the link at the FILE menu to 'Remove State Return.'
