I don’t know my routing number to my bank can I still get my Refund tomorrow?

Can you log into the bank website to get these details? Many banks provide that info

9 out of 10 taxpayers typically receive their federal refund within 21 days. When you are filing, you will need to provide your routing number if you want to direct deposit your refund, but if you do not have this information you can request a paper check or get your refund on a Turbo Prepaid Card.
