I didn’t receive my refund

It appears a lot of Turbotax customers have not received their refunds. I wonder what is going on? It's never taken this long to receive my refund. I got an email this evening that Turbotax wanted their payment.

Refunds take about 21 days after the IRS has accepted your E-filed tax return. If it has been more than 21 days, you will have to speak directly to the IRS to find out more about the delay. Please see below for more information.
