I did not receive my refund

I received tubortax's email said that Tubor will charge $124 on my bank account. In my order, Tubor said guarantees my refund 100% and will deduct $124 my refund. More 2 months, I still did not my refund yet. 

What does Tubor help me  ??? contact IRS to know the reason why my refund is delayed, or Tubor only wants to charge the fee?

TT guarantees the accuracy if its calculations only.

When I have my refund, Tubor deduct fee into my refund. I do not agree charge on my bank account.

Only the IRS controls the timing of your refund, and TT has no authority to intervene on your behalf.

When you selected the Pay with Refund option, you agreed to let TT take its fees if there was a delay.  After all, you did use their services, and they need to get paid for them.
