It is too late to make changes to Form 4868. If your extension (Form 4868) was accepted, you have until 10/15 to file your return. If you made an error and know you will owe more than you have already paid, make a payment through the IRS Payments website. If you have overpaid, you will receive a refund when you file your tax return.
