I chose the "Pay with Federal Refund" option and my order details changed from payment pending to payment complete, so why haven't I received my part of my refund?

TurboTax does not get paid until the IRS processes your refund and then you get paid very quickly if you chose the Refund Processing Service.  You can use the link to see more information about it.

 

The IRS is behind in processing returns due to the stimulus payments and the new American Rescue Plan recently enacted. Patience may be needed more than ever this year.

I chose the "Pay with Federal Refund" option and my order details changed from payment pending to payment complete, so why haven't I received my part of my refund?

My order status also changed from pending to payment complete. So now that my payment status on Turbotax says order payment  complete does that mean that the IRS has processed and  released my refund

@Kesha662 No; the status says payment complete when you choose to have your preparation fees deducted from your refund. All the normal IRS processing time guidelines still apply. You may track your refund here.

I chose to have my feed taken out of my refund

I was accepted Feb 11th so why did it change from pending to payment complete if the irs haven't released my funds I thought that meant that the IRS released my funds and Turbotax took their fees our so now the payment is complete

No that is not the case; the status changes to complete because of the election to pay with refund. Once you choose to pay with your refund, that service is processed by a third party - Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBPTG) here you can find their contact information. Once the IRS issues your refund, the fee will be deducted and the remainder of the return will be issued to you. Please continue to track your refund on https://www.irs.gov/refunds; Turbo Tax has no control over when your refund will be issued.
