I cannot advance filling out tax forms because I get a message saying the Employer’s Address is not valid. It is the address listed on W-2. How can I continue!

I cannot advance filling out tax forms because I get a message saying the Employer’s Address is not valid. It is the address listed on W-2. How can I continue!

Is it a US address and do you have the address type selected correctly? Make sure you are entering the w-2 in the right spot.
