I amended my tax return and now my exemptions have lowered

I amended my tax refund because I didn't believe I would be 1099'd from the company I worked for, now my tax exemption has lowered. Is there any possible way to raise that exemption again?

It is too early to amend 2016.

Amended returns (1040X) must be filed by mail, and take about 16 weeks to process. You cannot just go in and change numbers and then refile.
