I am not able to print out my 2017 tax (federal and state returns) although I already have been debited my federal (I owed) and have received my state refund.

Please follow these steps to print your 2017 Federal and State Tax Returns that have already been E-Filed and Processed:

• Sign back into your account and click "Previous Taxes" from the left column.
• Next click "Amend (change) return" (You will not be amending, this is just a way to get you back into your tax return)
• Next select "Amend using TurboTax Online"
• Next, select "Tax Tools" from the left column and then "Print Center"
• Select "Print, save, or preview this year's return" link
• Check the box for 2017 federal and state return (this will open further options)
• You can choose to print just your tax returns or include your government worksheets and/or TurboTax worksheets
