I am filing an amended return for 2018 - I have already received my refund. It continues to print "DO NOT FILE" or "not to be filed" WHEN CAN I FILE IT?????????

The amendment form will be available on 2/22/2019 (subject to change).  Amended returns must be mailed.  Any refund due with an amended return is sent by check.  Once the amendment form is available you can amend your return and the Do Not File watermark will be gone.
