I amended my 2017 taxes and owe IRS $10. How can I pay this since I already received my refund?

Mail it in or pay online directly to the IRS. Amended returns are mailed. You can mail a check with your return, or contact the IRS after it has been processed. You will then be able to pay online or over the phone electronically. 

• Your amended return will take up to 3 weeks after you mailed it to show up on the IRS system.
• Processing it can take up to 16 weeks.
