I accidentally filed Florida state taxes, I'm active duty and a resident of PA. Do I need to mail it out or not? I didn't pay anything to FL.

You do not need to mail it since Florida does not levy an individual income tax. What you prepared was only for owners of Florida-located businesses and rental real estate. You should contact Customer Support if you were charged for the return (see contact instructions below).
