How to get refund on VISA. chgd. for Fed. $ State> Hve not efiled

Visa chg;d for prep of State & Federal. did not see the option to delete State. Have Not efil'd yet.  how do I get a refund for state charge before I file. thanks ,jod

How to get refund on VISA. chgd. for Fed. $ State> Hve not efiled

Once you pay the Online fees there are no refunds, that is TT policy.
