how to enter in TurboTax for Form 1099-R RE: Distribution code R

I received 2023 Form 1099-R:

Gross distribution: $3428.64

Distribution code: R

State distribution: $3428.64

After I entered these into the TurboTax, it stated, I need to amend my 2022 tax return.

I also received Form 1099-R

Gross distribution:$12,438.92

2a. Taxable amount"$12,438.92

Total distribution (x)

Distribution code: 2

IRA/SEP/SIMPLE (x)

State distribution $12,438.92

In 2023, I contributed retroactively $6,000 for 2022 year ($6,000 ,max limit for backdoor ROTH conversion). Then at the end of 2023. I contributed $6,400 for the 2023 year ($6,500 is max limit for backdoor ROTH).

Could you please guide me through on how do I answer the questions posted by TurboTax after I've entered the Form 1099-R?
