How to amend Colorado Tabor refund?

Is there an amount on Line 34 of your DR 0104? If not, and you qualify for the TABOR refund, then you should amend your state return. If there is an amount on Line 34, then you do not need to amend your state return. 

Per the state of Colorado, the TABOR refund will be combined and issued out with your refund. Unlike the 2022 Colorado cashback, no separate check will be issued.

Once you go through the screens of your state return, you will see the screen Qualifying for the Colorado state sales tax refund. Click no for the question regarding being incarcerated for 180 days or more in 2023. If this applied to you, you are not qualified for the Tabor Tax Credit. Your credit will then appear on Line 34 of your DR 0104.
