How to add form 8936 to taxes?

To claim the Qualified Plug-In Electric Drive Motor Vehicle Credit or the Clean Vehicle Credit (Form 8936), follow the steps below:

1. Open your tax return in TurboTax
2. Select Deductions & Credits
3. Scroll down to Cars and Other Things You Own
4. Select Start by Energy-Efficient Vehicles or Energy-Efficient Vehicle Charging Station to begin entering your information.
