How to access my W2 form. I have my SSN and EIN

Your W-2 form comes from your employer. If you know your total wages for the year, you may be able to import your W-2, if it comes from one of our import partners. 

You will need your box 1 (Wages, tips, and other comp) amount to validate the import. Here's how to import your W-2:

1. Sign in to your TurboTax account. 
2. Select  Wages & Income.
3. If you see questions about your income, answer them until you get to the screen titled Wages & Income. 
4. To the right of Job (W-2), select Edit/ Add.
5. Enter the EIN (box b), select Continue.
6. Enter the box 1 amount form your W-2, select Continue.

If you can't import your W-2 form, you will need to contact your employer to get a copy.
