How many are dumping Turbo Tax after this year's tax return fiasco?

I received a refund from TPG, and the only information available on their website indicated that I was receiving a loan and would have an interest rate of 35.99% on my 'refund'.  

NO ONE answers their phone numbers.  You can continue to give me their contact info, but it is useless.

I can also not reach anyone at Turbo Tax.  This is ridiculous.  I receive better customer service from the IRS.

Turbo Tax lost me as a customer after 8+ years of using them for my taxes.
