How long does it take to get the 1098t refund

i had already filed and received my tax refund then i received my 1098t form so i did an amend to add that. once i added it my amount that i get back went up. the problem is it didnt say if i was going to get that amount that showed up back. so im not sure if it will come to me in paper or deposit.it wont let me track it.

The IRS will not accept an amendment electronically. Amended tax returns must be printed and mailed into the IRS and the state. If you did not print and mail your amended return, it was not filed.

If you did print and mail your amended return, keep in mind that amended tax returns can take a while to be processed by the IRS, especially during tax season.
