How do you know if you are in the Test Batch this year for refunds in 2018?. I filed Turbo Tax 18th Accepted the 19th and have an EIC. TT sent to IRS 29th.

I just want to know if I am in a TEST BATCH and HOW do I find out if I am .

I filed on the 18th and accepted on the 19th by Turbo Tax. Taxes sent on the 29th.  I am still sitting on the Path Act with 152.

My Turbo Tax is showing on the line as a Expected Return on February 09 and it is now Feb 11  2018.

Any information would be helpful.

I am using the TURBO TAX WITH MAX DEFENDER.

People effected by the Path Act may have been accepted in the "test batch" but that really doesn't matter because no refunds from PATH can be released before mid-feb. TurboTax is giving you an estimate of 21 days from your acceptance date. Its generic. You will most likely get an update this Sat Feb. 17, hope this helps.
