How do I verify returns have been filed and accepted ?

This general answer is related but does not apply to my question. YEs, I e-filed (as indicatated in original question) Yes, I transmitted and got a transmittal response from TurboTax ( as indicated in the original question ). Yes, I was billed by Turbotax and the charge is on my credit card. NO, I have not received the second email after 3 days, nothing but silence.  When I try to look at the status of my return, my Intuit account shows NOTHING has ever been filed.

How do I verify returns have been filed and accepted ?

I'd try using TurboTax Premier that you filed with to check on your e-file status by going to the File tab. Then there's a "sub-tab" for Check E-file Status.

If it says, Pending, then we're still waiting for the government to process your return.

For a Rejected status - you'll need to fix something, and e-file again.

When you do get Accepted and don't make any changes to info, make sure to go into the product and check e-file status. Then save the tax return, that'll save some additional info for next year's process.
