How do I switch my state return taxes from 2024 to receive my return in 2023?

I choose 2024 by accident and now I can’t change it to 2023. It says if u need to make changes pick “my info” but it won’t let me change it

If you have not already efiled your return, then go back through the State section and continue through until you reach the question again. The program asks you if you want to apply your refund to 2024 near the end of the state preparation.

If you've already filed your return and it's been accepted, there's nothing you can do through TurboTax.  You might try calling your state revenue office to see if anything can be done.
